PDFs Rock!

We've received some nice feedback from several collegiate coaches regarding the PDFs that accompany the DVD. Here is a sample of the PDF from the Back routine. The PDFs are included in the DVD-ROM contents folder and when you purchase the DVD you can simply print the PDFs and take them with you when you workout.
