\r\nI also have been wondering what the best possible thing to for myself, I am sixteen and have had three stress fractures. I am still growing and not as mature as a typical sophmore, but still what would this come from? I have been lifting, but I want to find something that will prevent injury, but I also want to find something to do to improve my power output and speed. I have really good endurance, but no speed and its definatly my biggest hold back. Will general strength help with both or is lifting the thing to do.
